STUDENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Students must act in a professional manner at all times. While attending Bella, students must respect and abide by the teachers rules and respect other students. The teacher reserves the right to remove anyone from class without refunds.

For shows, students are responsible for their own costumes, makeup and hair products. The student and parent(s) are also responsible for the teacher’s expenses. There will be scholarship (options) available per studio discretion.

For out of town expenses during trips & competition, students and parents are responsible for their own airfares, room & board, food as well as recreational events.

If a student should decide to quit Bella Studio, they may stop at anytime. The student should also be aware that there are no binding contracts and that they are only charged by the class. Bella Dance does not offer refunds.

Private and group lessons are separate lessons unless agreed upon by teacher.

The teacher is only responsible for teaching their own class. It is up to the teacher and student(s) if they will allow spectators of the class.

There is absolutely 100% no fraternizing.

All sales are final, no refunds on classes already taken. For pre-purchased classes, refunds or a studio credit may be awarded after a reasonable fee is assessed. Timely notice must be given in writing to the studio via US mail for all cancellations or credits. BELLA STUDIO is not required to honor refunds or studio credits.

Bella Studio reserves the rights to raise tuition at any point in time.

Release of Liability

You agree, and are aware that you (or your child) will be voluntarily participating in classes involving physical exercise and you (or your child) assume all risk of injury. You hereby agree to waive any claims or rights that you may otherwise have to sue Bella Studio, teachers, owners, sponsors and/or property owners for possible injuries which may occur as a result of participation at Bella Studio. You also agree to allow Bella Studio to use any photos taken for promotional purposes.

If there should be an injury at any point in time, Bella, its owners, affiliates, officers and/or employees, are not liable for any damages resulting in such injury.  Nor should Bella, its owners, affiliates, officers and/or employees have suit in any matter regarding its business.
