At BELLA STUDIO we want every student to be the best that they can be... We want to ensure that students are partnered with the right teacher and receiving the instruction that best suits their needs. We want to make sure that you are getting the most out of the time you spend at Bella! All of the information that you as a new student may need is provided on this page. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call! Your First Lesson Please call to schedule your first lesson. You may register online or at the studio. If you will be registering in the Studio, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time to fill out any paperwork. Bella Studio does not require a contract for enrollment. For ballroom, you may wear anything that is comfortable. Beginning ballroom students may wear tennis shoes or sneakers although it is recommended to wear shoes with a smooth sole. All other students should be dressed accordingly. Comfortable clothes that you can move in are ideal. Students may change at the Studio. How to Schedule and How to Pay Singles and couples private lessons are charged at the same rate. Group class prices are per students. You are welcome to drop in for group classes although it is encouraged to sign-up 3 days in advance. We also encourage students to schedule their private lessons 2 weeks in advance as this helps to allow the instructors to hold a time slot and minimize scheduling conflicts. Ballroom instruction is available between the hours of 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week. All other instructors may be available upon request. Group and private lessons are one hour long. Only cash and checks are accepted in the studio. Tuition is to be paid prior to the lesson. No exceptions! If You Are Going to be Late or Need to Cancel a Lesson If a student is late, it is at their instructors discretion if he or she will work past the scheduled time to fulfill the full 1 hour lesson although they are not required to do so. Please call if you are going to be late! In the event that you need to cancel a lesson, the instructor needs to be notified at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled time. If a student cancels with less than 8 hours notice, they may be charged for that lesson in full.
